I have lived in...I would agree with this statement. I have lived in Utah all my life and I have realized that Utah driver's are terrible and the braking habit is only the tip of the iceburg. I do think that more training would be for the benefit. One thing that is concerning is the fact that fifteen year olds can get a training license and then there parents teach them. Most parents have terrible driving habits and they pass these on to their children.
